Salon Policies

 Here are a few reminders to help you have the smoothest salon experience possible! 

We like to provide a quiet relaxing visit for our clients. We ask that you place your phone on silent and be aware of your conversation volume.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give 24 hours notice. If appointments are cancelled with in the 24 hour window, a 50% rebooking fee will be applied.This fee will need to be paid before a new appointment may be scheduled.

Late arrival

To ensure that we are on time for all guests, we will be unable to complete appointments that begin 15 minutes late for color or highlight services and 10 minutes late for cut services.

Not feeling well?

It is very important that we do everything we can to stay healthy! If you find that you aren't feeling your best, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
